Salma Kariyal began her journey in the beauty industry at the age of 16, starting as an assistant in a salon in Karachi. What started as a passion quickly became a purpose — driven by her deep interest in solving hair problems and helping people feel confident through beauty and self-care.
Her early years were marked by long working hours and minimal pay, but her dedication to learning and improving never slowed down. She trained extensively in Karachi, building her expertise through hands-on experience and continuous learning in hair treatments, coloring, and makeup artistry.
In 2014, she founded Salma’s Beauty Salon in DHA Karachi, establishing a space that reflects her commitment to quality, precision, and personalized care. Known for her perfectionist approach, Salma focuses on delivering results that are tailored to each individual client.
Her reputation grew through word of mouth, particularly among brides and high-profile clients who trusted her expertise. In 2020, her work reached an international level when she was invited to Dubai by a client who specifically requested her services for a wedding. Since then, she has expanded her presence across the UAE, working with elite clientele while continuing to serve her loyal clients in Pakistan.
Despite working with high-end clients, Salma remains grounded and approachable. She believes that every client deserves the same level of attention, care, and excellence — a philosophy that continues to define her work today.
